Important warning Please note that this device is a phone cooler, not a professional ice maker. Avoid operating the device while unloaded for extended periods in an attempt to achieve the freezing effect, as this may cause damage to the device or pose a safety hazard. If the product flashes, it indicates that the power supply is insufficient. You need to use a 5V3A plug to supply power and connect it to our charging cable. This is not a quality issue.

Adapter voltage requirements Use an adapter with an output voltage higher than 5V3A for the power supply.

Charging cable selection Make sure to use the default charging cable we provide for connection.

Room temperature conditions Ensure the room temperature during operation is below 25°C.
