To achieve a freezing effect with the phone cooler, please ensure the following conditions are met:

Adapter Voltage Requirement: Use an adapter with an output voltage higher than 5V3A for power supply.

Charging Cable Selection: Ensure to use the default charging cable provided by us for connection.

Room Temperature Condition: Make sure the room temperature during operation is below 25°C.

Important Warning:

Please note that this device is a phone cooler, not a professional ice maker. Avoid operating the device in an unloaded state for a long time in an attempt to achieve a freezing effect, as it may cause damage to the device or pose a safety hazard.

If the product is flickering, it means that the power supply is insufficient. You need to use a 5V3A plug to supply power and connect it with our charging cable. This is not a quality issue.
